The efficiency has a full kitchen including dishwasher, range, microwave and a full size refrigerator with water and ice dispenser on the door.   The space will accommodate up to 4 adults.    There is a queen size bed, and a sectional sleeper sofa with a full size pull out bed.  Guests will need to supply their own sheets.  There is a 60″ flat screen tv that can be seen from the large leather sectional sofa and from the bed area.  (Not shown in picture) The bed area has telescoping sliding glass doors that separate the bed area from the sofa area for privacy.

The condo is located at the southern end of Rehoboth Beach’s beautiful mile-long boardwalk. Our guests are provided with a private oceanfront balcony from which they can enjoy beautiful sunrises and the sounds of the ocean.  In addition to the beautiful ocean,  the condo has the use of a built in swimming pool and sunny lounge area.

There is parking in a parking garage for 1 car and a parking pass for on street parking for an additional car.
